Timelines:

In-stock orders typically ship within 24 business hours however, delivery timelines may vary based on location. In the event items are needed faster, this can be addressed on a per-order basis. If product is made to order (MTO) orders are typically produced in 10-15 business days + ship time.

How do I log in?

All Approved Buyers will be provided with login credentials. If you do not have login credentials, please register for an account. Note that the "Group Passcode" line of the registration form is not mandatory, however, if a code has been provided to you, you will need to input it here to gain further access.

How quickly will I get my product after I have placed my order?

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days if all items are in stock. If you would like express 1-day shipping, please select the express shipping method at checkout and send an email to stores@brandblvd.ca, and a freight quote for this will be provided.
 

Can I return a product?

All items ordered and customized for QHR. This means, we cannot accept returns. If there are issues with the quality of the product ordered, please contact stores@brandblvd.ca who will be happy to assist you.
 

Can I change or cancel my order if I make a mistake?

If a mistake is made during the ordering process and you realize it after you have submitted your order, please contact stores@brandblvd.ca within 24 hours and we will do what we can to help.

Can I order something that I cannot find on the webstore?

Of course! If you are looking for something other than what is currently offered on the store, check out https://shop.brandblvd.ca for more ideas. You can also contact Brand Blvd directly at stores@brandblvd.ca to place a “Special Order”.

Are there any clothing options?

To better manage inventory, clothing will be available during Flash Sales. These sales will occur several times a year. The Homewood Health team will send out communication whenever there is a sale, so stay tuned!
